These terms are the agreement between you and WBGS Smarters for using WBGS AutoFix. By creating an account you accept them. Questions: info@wbgssmarters.com.
The service
WBGS AutoFix helps mobile mechanics make estimates and invoices, take photos, send them by WhatsApp link, record payments and expenses, and get reminders. It is a tool: the repair, the price, the authorization from your customer and the sales tax you charge are your decisions and your responsibility. The app is not legal, tax or accounting advice.
Your account
Give true information and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Technicians you add under a Team plan act under your responsibility.
Plans and payments
- Free trial: 10 work orders in total (not per month). Deleting an order does not give the quota back.
- Basic and Pro: paid monthly or yearly. Current prices are shown on our pricing section; a yearly payment includes two free months.
- How you pay: by credit or debit card, processed by Izipay. Your plan activates when Izipay approves the payment. Each payment covers one period (monthly or yearly): there are no automatic charges and no automatic renewals, you renew when you decide.
- When a plan ends: you get 7 days in read-only mode (you can view and send what you have), and then the account goes back to the Free plan limits. Your data is kept.
- Changing plans: if you switch plans with time left, we convert the remaining days at the new plan's price.
- Refunds: write to us and we will review each case.
Your content
What you save in the app is yours. You allow us to store and process it only to provide the service. You promise that you have the right to save your customers' information and that you will not upload anything unlawful.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app: no attempts to break its security, no overloading it, no sending spam or illegal content, and no reselling access without our written permission.
Availability and responsibility
We work to keep the app available and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is", without promises that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep your own copy of anything critical (you can export reports as PDF or CSV). To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the problem.
Ending the service
You can stop using the app at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts the service at risk.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, if the change is important, tell you in the app. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the new terms.
